After a few days on tech support and hubby messing around with the pc I'm back up and working again. I must say having a hubby that's pretty damn knowledgeable about computers is one of the biggest assets! Tech support was basically telling me to send my pc in cause none of the steps were working. I panicked since all my current commissions were sitting on the C drive! But Hubby saved the day ^^
