Dog Owners + Brief Commission info

DOG OWNERS-

Ok let me just state this, I worked as a veterinary technician for over 7 yrs and in no way hate dogs of any.  But I am weary of certain breeds, MOSTLY because of the way owners raise them.

So I just literally picked up my kids from the bus stop when out of the blue a Pit decides my kids look like fun.  My daughter went to touch him, but I grabbed her since I'd never seen the dog before and I thought it was just a lost dog.

Unfortunately the playful (Please NOTE the dog was VERY PLAYFUL) decided to paw, lick, pounce, and knock over my kids and WOULD NOT STOP.  Unfortunately my kids didn't think it was funny (neither did I) and started screaming and crying.  I quickly looked to see if anyone was around that could help me get the dog off the kids since it just kept pouncing on them, no one was around.  Then I see the owner just calmly strolling around a building, too far to call the dog back and such.  She decided to quicken her pace when I noticed she was the owner and my kids were HIGHLY upset.

Her answer to my pissed off look was he doesn't bite and is very playful you can just hit him off!  UM NO TY LADY, my kids are winding your dog up even more and I really don't want to piss the dog off when it's just licking my kids to death.  She quickly apologizes and heads after the dog which has now ran across the street into another neighborhood.

I finally get the kids in the house (mind you they're still upset and crying) and call the SPCA.  No I don't want anything to happen to the dog, it was playful and being what it is, a dog and wanting to play with the kids.  BUT I do want something said to the owner about how FUCKING stupid it is not have your dog on a leash and under control.  The dog could have scrapped the kids up and if it was just slightly aggressive could have bitten them and there was not much I would have been able to do about it.   It was just one of those "What Ifs"  and well it royally pissed me off!

I have a dog and it's ALWAYS on a leash cause there's no fn yard, we live in condos.  So why in the world would you just leave your dog to run loose.  He could of knocked over an elderly and such or hell even got hit by passing traffic.

Some people should just never own a pet!  They shouldn't have the privilege and when I find out the exact address I will be contacting the SPCA again to have someone come out and have a chat with her.

COMMISSION INFO-

I finally got a little time to actually do some work.  Nothing's complete but I was able to make some edits and rough poses sent out!  I updated the commission list regarding status, payments and such.  Now to hopefully get some actual work done so I can try and catch up!
